Purchased Rolex Tridor and seems to be all factory as exchanged in email. HOWEVER, the box was not as pictured (new in picture, but came torn and damaged) and it was not original as said in email (18238 sticker instead of 18239). Contacted many attempts (email and phone) but ABSOLUTELY NO response. Expect NO SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE. Will not be a returning customer unless resolved. Regards.
