I am sad to say, I rarely leave comments and don't like to give people bad feedback, but I figured I would share my experience anyway this time.. I was so impatient to get this bracelet to make a beautiful present for Christmas but at reception.. I quickly discover.. The bracelet is finely crafted and beautiful.. But, the article was not unusable, as the clasp seemed to small it was impossible to close. How great was my surprise when after just a few tries to open close the clasp it then broke, in less than a minute! I find unacceptable for this kind of product to be defect as it was. I chose to not send it back considering the conditions of shipping back and even more expenses at my charge, and prefer to let my local jeweller see if he can help me out with my brand new broken article. This results with money spent, and no present for Christmas. I liked many articles from this store, and that was my first buy.. Sadly I guess there won't be no other.
