La chaine est très belle et d'une excellente qualité qui vient d'Italy. J'avais commander 6mm mais elle a au final 5.5mm surement dû au polissage. Son poids est parfait et respect ce que mentionne la page de la chaine. La seul chose négative que j'ai c'est le temps d'attente avant de recevoir ma chaine quand sur le site ça mentionnait que la chaine était en stock. merci

Great, until it wasn't. I spoke to 2 different people that helped me choose the chain and pendant. They were quick ro respond and helpful. But then when I received my package, the chain was absolutely dull, and was dirty. I also received the wrong pendant. Even the pendant looks like its missing a diamond in a couple spots which i sent photos circling this issue. I looked up for the pendant I did get, and noticed it was much more expensive than the one I wanted. It being more expensive didn't matter, it was the wrong one. So I emailed right away to explain my situation and I wasn't asking for a discount or anything, just stating the facts. And then I get a response from Julien who's supposed to be the face of Medusa saying "the pendant you got is much more expensive but if you dont want it, ask for a return". He didn't even address any of my concerns. And to be honest I dont trust I'll even get my money back so I'll just keep what I got. I'm super disappointed. Julien talks a big game on Instagram but he's a goof.
